Airtel Seychelles (Cable & Wireless) provides 4G LTE coverage across Mahé, Praslin, and La Digue. Victoria (Mahé capital) and the airport area have strong connectivity. Praslin's main beach areas (Côte d'Or, Grand Anse) are covered. La Digue's coastal areas are covered; the interior is forested and signal is weaker. The Outer Islands are extremely remote with no mobile coverage.

How do I get between Mahé, Praslin, and La Digue?
Air Seychelles and Inter Island Air operate short (15-minute) flights between Mahé and Praslin (book in advance in high season). Cat Cocos high-speed catamaran runs Mahé–Praslin daily (1hr). La Digue is reached by schooner ferry from Praslin (15 min).
What currency is used in Seychelles?
The Seychellois rupee (SCR). EUR and USD are widely accepted at tourist businesses. All hotels and tour operators take major credit cards. ATMs are available in Victoria and at the main Praslin ferry terminal.

How long is the eSIM valid for?
You have 6 months from your purchase date to activate the eSIM. Once activated, the plan validity period (e.g., 7 days, 30 days) begins counting down.
Will the eSIM work at the airport when I land?
Yes — as long as you installed the eSIM before your flight, it activates automatically when your phone connects to a local network on landing. No Wi-Fi required for activation.
What if the QR code doesn't scan?
If the QR code won't scan, you can enter the activation code manually — we include both in the email. You can also contact our 24/7 support team and we'll resend or manually provision your eSIM.
