Corrections Policy
Last updated: 6 September 2026
We publish prices, carrier names, and coverage claims that change frequently and that readers act on before travelling. Some of it will be wrong at some point. This page says what we do about that.
What counts as an error
Anything factual we have stated and got wrong. In practice that means:
- A Flysimio price, plan size, or validity period that does not match what you are charged at checkout.
- A competitor price that no longer matches the page we linked as its source.
- A named host carrier that is not the network the eSIM actually connects to.
- A device listed as compatible that is not, or listed as incompatible that is.
- Setup or troubleshooting steps that do not match the current OS version.
A price that has since changed at the competitor's end is not an error — every competitor figure we publish is stamped with the date it was read and linked to the page it came from, so you can always see how old it is. A figure that was wrong on the date we checked it is an error.
How to report one
Email contact@flysimio.com with the page URL and what you believe is wrong. A screenshot or a link to the correct figure helps but is not required. You do not need to be a customer.
What we do
- Acknowledge within 2 business days. Including when we disagree — you get a reply either way.
- Fix confirmed factual errors within 5 business days. Pricing errors that affect what someone would pay are fixed the same day we confirm them.
- Mark the page. When a correction changes the substance of a claim — a ranking, a recommendation, a price comparison outcome — we update the page's “last updated” date and note what changed. Fixing a typo or a broken link does not get a note.
- Never quietly delete. If a claim turns out to be unsupportable we correct or remove it and say so on the page, rather than deleting it and moving on.
Corrections that affect an order
If a published price was wrong in a way that led you to buy something you would not otherwise have bought, that is covered by our refund policy regardless of the 7-day window and regardless of data used. Email us and reference this page.
Where our figures come from
Our sourcing and price-verification method is documented at how we test, and the full cross-provider price table, with the date each competitor figure was checked, is at the eSIM Price Index.
