Do I need to activate the eSIM before I travel?
No. Install it before you fly and it stays dormant until your phone connects to a network in the destination country. You have 6 months from purchase to activate.
What if I lose my QR code?
It stays in your email and in your account dashboard. You can also request the manual activation code if your phone can't scan QR codes.
Can I keep my home SIM active too?
Yes. Most modern phones run dual SIM (physical + eSIM). Keep your home line for calls/SMS and use Flysimio for data.
