Is Flysimio cheaper than Holafly?
For most trips, yes — because most travellers don't need unlimited. Our 10 GB / 30-day plan costs less than Holafly's 30-day unlimited pass in every one of the 55 countries we track, usually by $50 or more. If you genuinely need unlimited data for a whole month, Holafly is usually the cheaper option; for a week of unlimited, our daily pass is cheaper in just over half of those countries. Can I switch from Holafly to Flysimio mid-trip?
Yes. Most modern phones support dual eSIM (one Holafly, one Flysimio active at the same time). Test Flysimio while keeping Holafly as backup.
Is Flysimio a reseller or do they own the infrastructure?
Flysimio is a reseller (so is Holafly). We partner directly with carriers and pass wholesale rates to you. We don't own carrier infrastructure, but neither does Holafly.
Is there a refund policy if it doesn't work?
Yes. 7 days from purchase for a full refund, no questions asked, as long as the eSIM is unused or has used less than 100 MB. Beyond that we still refund in full for verified faults — undelivered activation details, a technical failure, or an undisclosed device incompatibility.
