Coverage & connectivity.
Airtel Zambia provides the widest 4G LTE coverage. Lusaka, Livingstone (Victoria Falls gateway), Ndola, Kitwe, and the Copperbelt towns are well covered. South Luangwa National Park has 4G in Mfuwe town area. Remote concession areas and canoe camps in Lower Zambezi have limited or no signal. Kafue is largely off-grid.

Does Flysimio work near Victoria Falls?
Yes. Livingstone (Zambia side) and Victoria Falls Town (Zimbabwe side) are well covered with 4G LTE. The falls viewing areas and Knife Edge Bridge have good signal. Downstream remote camps on the Zambezi do not.
Is South Luangwa good for walking safaris?
South Luangwa is the birthplace of the walking safari — Norman Carr pioneered them here in the 1950s. The park remains one of the best places in Africa to walk with professional guides, tracking lion, leopard, and elephant on foot.
Can I enter Victoria Falls from both Zambia and Zimbabwe?
Yes. The Zambia side (Livingstone) and the Zimbabwe side (Victoria Falls Town) have separate viewpoints. Day trips across the bridge are common. Zambia side offers the best wet-season views; Zimbabwe side is better in dry season. You'll need both countries' visas (the KAZA Univisa covers both).
What currency does Zambia use?
The Zambian kwacha (ZMW). USD is widely used at tourist lodges and tour operators. ATMs in Lusaka and Livingstone dispense kwacha.
What is KAZA Univisa?
The KAZA (Kavango Zambezi) Univisa allows multiple entries between Zambia and Zimbabwe for USD $50. It's issued on arrival at major airports and land borders, covering the entire Kasane-Livingstone-Victoria Falls circuit.

You have 6 months from your purchase date to activate the eSIM. Once activated, the plan validity period (e.g., 7 days, 30 days) begins counting down.
Will the eSIM work at the airport when I land?
Yes — as long as you installed the eSIM before your flight, it activates automatically when your phone connects to a local network on landing. No Wi-Fi required for activation.
What if the QR code doesn't scan?
