Qatar is small, wealthy, and exceptionally well covered — both national networks, Ooredoo and Vodafone Qatar, deliver strong 5G across the country, a legacy of the 2022 World Cup build-out. Flysimio routes through Ooredoo and is the best value we found. Coverage is excellent across Doha, Lusail, and the coast; only the far southern desert around the Inland Sea sees reduced signal. Airalo uses the same networks at close to double the price. If you are on a long Hamad Airport layover, an eSIM gets you online before you leave the terminal.
